Important information about the OSR system

Criteria for renewal:

1. OSRs stopped being issued as of July 2022, unless operator can prove that they have a real summer QTH etc.

2. Existing OSRs may be used until expiry date.

3. Max 3 existing OSRs may be kept after expiry date. Operator are free to select what OSRs to keep providing they fulfil the criteria.

4. OSR must be in location with proven sustainable mains power connection (Solar cell or wind turbines are not allowed).

5. OSR must be in a country recognizing the CEPT agreement.

6. OSR must have a proven 3G/4G or fixed internet connection (No satellite).

7. OSR must be placed in general public areas (No military zones, extremely rural locations, research stations, annexed land or religious landmarks etc)

8. The price of the OSR subscription has been changed to 100 EUR per year as of 1 Oct 2022. Payments must be done with PayPal, VISA/Mastercard or bank transfer.
